OSHA released COVID-19 Emergency Temporary Standard

On June 10th 2021- OSHA finally announced in full detail the ETS. Although the ETS is healthcare-focused, OSHA also issued updated guidance to help employers and workers in other industries protect workers who are still not vaccinated, with a special emphasis on other industries noted for prolonged close-contacts like meat processing, manufacturing, seafood, and grocery and high-volume retail. How does the ETS and guidance impact your business? You can call your local OSHA Area Office for more information.
