What or Who inspires you

My nieces and nephews. They are the reason I show up each day and put 100% into the work I do. Not only do I want to be a good role model, I want them to see that they can accomplish anything they set their minds to, as long as they show up and put in the effort.

Most Meaningful Professional Achievement

Obtaining my CSP and other certificates such as my OSHA 501. I wanted to show my commitment to both the safety profession and developing my skills within the industry.

Future Career Goal or Aspiration

I want to lead safety for a larger team or organization. Being able to lead people and show them the benefits of a strong safety program and culture is what fuels me to become a better safety professional each day.

Hobbies/Enjoy Doing Outside of Work

I love to read and spend time exploring new places, whether it is hiking locally or taking road trips. Otherwise, you will more than likely find me at 1 of my 4 nieces/nephews sporting events on the weekends.

Recommended TV Series to Watch or Book to Read

I am currently reading “The Let Them Theory” by Mel Robbins, so I will recommend that (because there are SO many others that I can’t choose just one!)
