What or Who inspires you

I strive to have workplaces that are injury free. Controlling and mitigating hazards is the goal to reducing the likelihood of an injury. Working with my operations teams inspires and challenges me to become a stronger safety leader each day.

Most Meaningful Professional Achievement

A positively trending injury reduction for the past 5 years with my teams. We have a 57% TRIR reduction in 2024, which is a significant reduction in injuries. This is challenging to achieve since I am assigned to 30+ locations, so I only see my teams a few times a year at best.

Future Career Goal or Aspiration

I hope to become an EHS Director in the next year and obtain my CHMM by the end of 2025.
