Fall Protection Safety

Join us Friday March 22nd for lunch, networking, and a presentation discussing fall protection.

PRESENTER

Dave Malcomson has been a lead instructor for the past 18 years. The last 9 have been with 3M Fall Protection.  During his tenure, he has taught courses all over the United States.  Focusing mostly on the Midwest region, he concentrates on: Fall Protection, High Angle Rescue, Confined Space Entry/Rescue, and Wind Turbine Access/Rescue.

He is also a career firefighter in the suburbs of Chicago, serving at the rank of Lieutenant.  He lives in North Riverside with his wife, Angela.

Dave’s presentation will cover:

• Updates on ANSI/ASSP Fall protection Initiatives
• Leading Edge and Leading Edge Applications
• General Fall Protection Considerations

EVENT DETAILS

The presentation will be hosted in-person at Park Tavern in the West Loop. Applicable registration fees of $10 for Greater Chicago Chapter Members and $30 for non-Chapter members include a pre-ordered lunch and soft drinks.

Registration for the presentation is also available virtually for anyone not available to attend in-person. The webinar portion will take place starting at Noon and the link to join will be emailed out prior to the start of the event.

All attendees either in-person or virtual much be registered for the event.
